The Vegas Golden Knights host the Dallas Stars at T-Mobile Arena on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, in one of the most heated rivalries in the Western Conference. Puck drop is set for 7:00 PM Pacific, with doors opening at 5:45 PM.
Few matchups in the NHL deliver like Dallas against Vegas. The two clubs have met in the playoffs three times in recent years, the games are reliably physical, and a Tuesday night crowd at The Fortress will treat this one like a postseason game. If you are picking one hockey night on a Las Vegas trip this fall, this is a strong candidate.

About the matchup
Vegas and Dallas know each other well. The Golden Knights beat the Stars in the 2023 Western Conference Final on their way to the Stanley Cup, Dallas answered by winning a seven-game first-round series in 2024, and the 2020 conference final went the Stars’ way. Every meeting since has carried a little extra edge, with two deep, veteran rosters that expect to see each other again in the spring.
At home, the Golden Knights lean on a loud, choreographed game-night production: the pregame show on the ice, the drum line and a lower bowl that stays standing for big moments. Visiting Stars fans travel well, which only adds to the noise inside the arena.
The venue
T-Mobile Arena stands at 3780 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109, at The Park on the west side of the Strip between Park MGM and New York-New York. Opened in 2016, it seats roughly 17,500 for hockey and has been the Golden Knights’ home since their debut season.
There is not a bad seat for hockey in the building: the upper bowl is steep and close to the ice, and the concourses circle the full arena with local food and drink options. Toshiba Plaza, the outdoor space in front of the arena, opens before the game with music, food trucks and a big screen.
Tickets
Tickets are on sale now through T-Mobile Arena’s official event page and Ticketmaster, the official sellers for Golden Knights home games. Prices vary by section and opponent, and rivalry games against Dallas tend to move faster than a typical weeknight fixture, so buying ahead through official channels is the safer play.
Entry at T-Mobile Arena is mobile-only, so have your tickets in your phone wallet before you reach the doors, and be careful with third-party resale listings for a high-demand game.
Getting to T-Mobile Arena
The arena’s Strip address puts it within walking distance of Park MGM, New York-New York, Aria and the MGM Grand. If you are staying mid-Strip, walking through The Park district is usually faster than driving on a game night.
Drivers can use the parking garages at Park MGM and New York-New York, and rideshare pickup and drop-off zones sit on the streets around the arena. The Las Vegas Monorail stops at MGM Grand, a short walk west to the arena, and the RTC Deuce bus runs up and down the Strip around the clock. From Harry Reid International Airport, the drive is roughly 15 minutes in normal traffic.
