Dwight Yoakam brings his Bakersfield honky-tonk to Las Vegas on Thursday, December 3, 2026, performing at Resorts World Theatre inside Resorts World Las Vegas. The concert starts at 8:30 PM Pacific, kicking off National Finals Rodeo week in the city with one of country music’s most distinctive voices.
Yoakam’s career spans four decades of lean, twanging country: “Guitars, Cadillacs,” “Fast as You,” “Ain’t That Lonely Yet” and his signature take on “Suspicious Minds,” plus a parallel film career that includes Sling Blade and Panic Room. His December Las Vegas dates are a tradition for rodeo fans in town for the NFR, and Resorts World Theatre — the Strip’s purpose-built concert hall — gives the show polished sound and clear sightlines from every seat. The 8:30 PM start leaves room for a full rodeo evening or an early dinner on property beforehand.
